In many cases, the most cost efficient way to resolve a case is through mediation. Mediation is a process where the mediator assists the parties in reaching a resolution of their problems. In domestic cases, particularly those involving children, mediation can result in a plan, on which the parties agree, that suits their unique situation. If the court decides your case, it will be a “one size fits all” resolution. If you resolve your case through mediation, you can fashion a plan that takes into consideration your individual situation.

Mr. Di Giulian is a Registered Mediator with the Alabama Center of Dispute Resolution and has special training in the areas of mediating divorce and domestic relations matters and also has special training in mediating domestic matters involving domestic violence.

As a Registered Mediator with the Center, Mr. Di Giulian is also authorized to participate in the Center’s Divorce and Family Mediation program, which provides free mediation services if the family’s income falls within certain guidelines.

In addition to his trial court level mediation, Mr. Di Giulian is a registered Appellate Mediator with the Alabama Appellate Courts and offers mediation of appellate cases.
