About the Attorney
Thomas M. Di Giulian
received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Education from Athens State University, and earned his Juris Doctor Degree from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University.
He is an active member of the Alabama Bar, past President of the Morgan County Bar, member of the Alabama Criminal Defense Lawyer Association, and an associate member of the Virginia Bar.
Mr. Di Giulian is a former Municipal Judge and former City Attorney for the Town of Somerville, Alabama, and a former Municipal Judge for the Town of Priceville, Alabama. He has also served as a part time Prosecutor for the City of Decatur.
He is a registered Mediator, both Trial and Appellate, registered with the Alabama Center for Dispute Resolution and has special training in the areas of mediating divorce and domestic relations matters and also has special training in mediating domestic matters involving domestic violence.
Tom has formerly held many offices in civic organizations such as the Decatur JayCees, and the Knights of Columbus. He is a Founder and First President of the St. Ann’s Educational Foundation, has been a member of the St. Ann’s Board of Education, a past President of Burningtree Country Club, and was appointed by the Decatur City Council to the board of directors of Decatur Utilities and served for nine (9) years.
Throughout his forty-two (42) years of legal experience, Mr. Di Giulian has handled many different kinds of cases and has participated in numerous civic activities and is anxious and ready to bring that experience to bear on your legal problem.
