Mr. Di Giulian is a Registered Mediator with the Alabama Center of Dispute Resolution and has special training in the areas of mediating divorce and domestic relations matters and also has special training in mediating domestic matters involving domestic violence.
As a Registered Mediator with the Center, Tom is also authorized to participate in the Center’s Divorce and Family Mediation program, which provides free mediation services if the family’s income falls within certain guidelines.
In addition to his trial court level mediation, Mr. Di Giulian is a registered Appellate Mediator with the Alabama Appellate Courts and offers mediation of appellate cases.
